Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days before shipping.

During holidays, promotional events, or high-volume seasons, processing times may extend up to 5 business days.

Valorjoy™ currently offers a flat shipping rate of:

Shipping costs remain the same regardless of order size or destination region.


2. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery times may vary depending on destination country, customs processing, local carriers, and seasonal shipping demand.

3. Tracking Information

Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details.

Please allow approximately 1–3 business days for tracking updates to appear after shipment confirmation.

In some cases, tracking activity may temporarily pause while the package is moving between carrier facilities or international checkpoints.


4. Customs Duties & Import Charges

For international orders, shipments may be delivered under DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) terms.

This means:

  • Import taxes, customs fees, or duties required by your country are the responsibility of the customer

  • Valorjoy™ is not responsible for customs-related delays

  • Regulations and import thresholds vary depending on destination country

Most small automotive accessories typically arrive without additional charges, though this cannot be guaranteed.


5. Order Changes & Cancellation Requests

We begin preparing orders shortly after they are placed to help ensure timely shipment.

If you need to:

  • Update your shipping address

  • Correct order details

  • Request order cancellation

Once an order has entered the fulfillment or shipping stage, modifications may no longer be possible.


6. Damaged or Missing Packages

Customer satisfaction is important to us, and we will do our best to assist with shipping-related issues.

Damaged Deliveries

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the packaging and product condition.

After review, we will arrange an appropriate replacement solution when applicable.

Lost Shipments

If the shipping carrier officially confirms that a package has been lost in transit, we will provide a replacement order at no additional cost.
