We recommend checking your package shortly after delivery.

5. Exchange Policy

At this time, Valorjoy™ does not process direct product exchanges.

For customers wishing to receive a different item, the recommended process is:

  1. Submit a return request for the original product

  2. Wait for return approval confirmation

  3. Place a new order for the preferred replacement item

This method helps ensure faster order handling and inventory accuracy.


6. European Union Customer Rights

For orders delivered within the European Union, customers may have the right to cancel or return eligible purchases within 14 days of receiving the item, in accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations.

To qualify:

  • Products must remain unused and in resellable condition

  • Original packaging and proof of purchase are required

  • Return requests must be submitted within the applicable time period

This applies independently of the standard 30-day return policy.


7. Refund Processing

Once a returned package is received and inspected, customers will be notified regarding refund approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout

  • Processing may take up to 10 business days depending on the payment provider or banking institution

Please note that some financial institutions may require additional time before the refunded amount appears in your account.
